1. What we collect

When you apply for early access or create an Artist or Host profile, we collect the information you provide directly — name, email, city, links to your music or your space, and anything you add to your profile.

2. How we use it

We use this information to review applications, match Artists with Hosts, run Shows, process payments for door prices, and contact you about your account or a Show you're involved in.

3. What we share, and with whom

An Artist's public profile is visible to Hosts, and a Host's general area is visible to Artists and guests browsing Shows. Exact addresses are only shared with a guest after their RSVP is confirmed and paid. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Payment information

Payments for door prices are handled by a third-party payment processor. Side Door does not store full payment card details on its own systems.

5. Data retention

We keep profile and booking information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and accounting purposes.

6. Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request that we delete your account, by writing to us at the address below.
